By the end of this course, you’ll not only have the skills to operate a front end loader competently but also receive a Statement of Attainment for RIIMPO321F—confirming your competency to work confidently in civil construction and related industries throughout Australia.

Course Delivery
At Premier Standards, we understand the importance of scheduling training around your existing work demands, so we offer flexible, blended learning options that combine online theory with practical, hands-on training using industry-standard front end loaders.
The theory component of this course is completed online, allowing students to study at their own pace and in the comfort of their own home. Once the theory is complete (approximately 4 hours, plus additional time for reading resource materials), students attend a practical training and assessment day at our Virginia Training Centre. Here, they receive hands-on training using industry-standard wheeled front end loaders before completing a practical assessment to demonstrate safe and competent operation in a real-world environment. Generally, there will be one to two students per machine to ensure personalised instruction and ample operating time.
Onsite training and assessment can also be arranged for employers who wish to have staff trained at their workplace, provided suitable equipment and facilities are available. Whether onsite or at our facility, training is conducted by qualified trainers and assessors with extensive industry experience and current vocational competencies.
Pre-Requisites for Undertaking RIIMPO321F
There are no formal training pre-requisites for this course; however, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (recommended for site work).
- Have sound English literacy and numeracy to read load charts, complete logbooks, and follow safety documentation.
- Have basic knowledge of WHS procedures relevant to construction and plant operation.
